We started in Akitas only because we loved the breed.  We took in our first dog only as a companion but continued on over the past 19 years with the idea that our dogs are our family.  We are not breeders - we are just Akita people.  Our dogs are our life, not our livelihood.  We hope to show those in doubt that Akitas are versatile, and can do anything with patience, training, and love.  We are active members of the Akita Club of America and supporters of Akita Rescue.  We welcome a chance to talk with you and share our experiences and yours.
